In line with section 5(3) of the PCC ACT and after 13 months of rigorous investigation process, the Public Complaints Commission Taraba State office made has made a breakthrough and recovered the sum of #550, 000.00 from Yorro Local Government Council. The Complainant who lodged the complaint died while pursuing the matter but his wife took over from where he stopped.

The Commission did not relent in pursuing the matter to a logical conclusion until the money was paid and was today presented to the wife of the deceased complainant by the Deputy Director, Information and Public Relations, Mr. Jerry Oliver, Anipr on behalf of the Honourable Commissioner, Hon. Nuhu Sabo .
