SURVEY ON PUBLIC PERCEPTION ON THE IMPACT OF GOVERNMENT PRACTICES IN NIGERIA

The Public Complaints Commission (the Nigeria Ombudsman) has a Social Contract planned to promote good governance in both public and private institutions.   This is achieved through its mandate which provides the enablement to investigate Complaints bothering on any administrative action taken by Government at all levels or Private Institutions with a view to making appropriate recommendations for remedial actions.

In view of the above and the quest for good governance by Nigerians of all strata, the Commission as a strategic stakeholder is carrying out a survey intended to gain better insight into the main concerns, agitations and expectations of the Nigerian populace on the impact of government programmes and policies as it affects the masses. The essence of this exercise is to be able to collate, study and analyse data from the survey and thereafter make recommendations to appropriate organs of government for short-term, medium-term and long term remedial actions.

You are kindly requested to provide answers to the attached questions.  The questions are designed to be answered within 5 – 10 minutes. Please note that your responses shall be treated with utmost confidentiality.

We thank you for taking out time to make meaningful contributions to actualising the Nigeria of our dream where Social Justice underpins good governance.
