MESSAGE FROM THE HONOURABLE COMMISSIONER
It is my pleasure to use this medium to inform the general public that the core business of the Public Complaints Commission (PCC), Delta State, is to initiate, receive, investigate and redress complaints within the ambit of her statutory jurisdiction. Consequently, the Commission has over the years successfully resolved a vast number of complaints of varying complexity, thereby providing social and administrative justice to aggrieved individuals.
The Commission’s services are readily available and easily accessible to all comers and at no cost at all. Meanwhile, in order to bring the Commission’s salutary services closer to the grassroots, the Commission currently operates (5) Five Area Offices at Agbor, Warri, Ughelli, Oleh and Bomadi, while plans for (3) three additional Area Offices to be situated at Ozoro, Sapele, and Ogwashi-uku, are in the pipeline.
