Commissioners Welcome Message
On behalf of the management and staff of the Lagos State Office of the Public Complaints Commission, I welcome you to our platform. As a Commission saddled with the responsibility of being the watchdog of the society, I remain commitment to our mandate of fighting against social and administrative injustices in our society, particularly in Lagos State.
With our head office at the Brick House, Old National Assembly Complex, Tafawa Balewa Square (TBS), Lagos and Area Offices across different locations in the state, we are at the reach of Lagosians to receive their complaints and judiciously help them get justice.

Formal Arrival of the Current Commissioner
The Honourable Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission (PCC), Lagos State, Hon. Hafeez Adekunle Odunewu has charged the officers of the Lagos State Office to be diligent and dedicated to their duties.
Hon. Odunewu made this call during the inaugural meeting with staff as he commences his second tenure in office.
At the meeting, he emphasized that the core mandate of the Commission is investigation and it would not be able to deliver on the mandate if the officers are not dutiful.
He further appreciated the staff for their support during his first administration and appealed for their unflinching support as he began his second term in office.
Training Programme
A training workshop on Administrative and Law and Regulatory Processes held from Monday, 13th May, 2024 to Wednesday, 15th May, 2024 at the Citiheight Hotel, Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos.
The training was directed at Level 8 to 15 officers of the Commission in Lagos State and was well attended by all staff within the category.
Papers presented include Administrative Law & Regulatory Processes; Conflict & Mediation Skills; Professsionalism in the Civil Service
