PCC RECOVERS THE SUM =N=804,000 OUTSTANDING SALARIES FOR COMPANY STAFF

Sharon Properties, a Company in Abuja was arraigned before Magistrate Court 7 Wuse 2 by the Enforcement Unit of the Public Complaints Commission for refusal to cooperate with the Commission during investigation.

One Mr. Samson Ukpong had brought a Complaint against Sharon Properties for failure to pay his accumulated salaries since 2020.

The Company was summoned before the Magistrate where it pleaded guilty and agreed to pay the complainant the full amount of the salaries owed.

On 5th December, 2022 the sum of =N= 804,000 was paid to the Complainant before the Commission.

The Complainant Mr. Ukong was overjoyed and thanked the Commission for its intervention.
