Welcome to The Public Complaints Commission, Bayelsa State. The PCC Bayelsa was commissioned to check administrative excesses (non-adherence to procedures, policies or violation of Law) in Bayelsa State. We are constitutionally empowered to handle complaints lodged by aggrieved citizens or residents in Nigeria, and Bayelsa in particular.

We have the responsibility of ensuring that no citizen or persons resident in Nigeria suffers any form of Administrative injustice, or poor service delivery either by the public or private sector, and that in the event of an occurrence appropriate restoration or remedy is made.

The Public Complaints Commission Is a Constitutional Creation that is mandated To Fight against Administrative Injustice In any of The Formal and Non Formal Sector of the Society. This Mandate is embedded in Section 5 (2) of Its Enabling Act. I hereby call on the general public, especially Bayelsans to feel to lodge your complaints with the Commission against perceived administrative acts of maladministration.
