THE PUBLIC COMPLAINTS COMMISSION – BORNO STATE OFFICE:

The Commission was established on the 16th October, 1975 under Decree No.31 with wide power to inquire into complaints by members of the public concerning administrative action of any public authority and companies or their officials.

The decree was later enshrined into the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria as “CAP 37 LFN 2004”. It further stated that, the Commission shall be responsible to the National Assembly and shall have power to investigate either on its own initiative or following complaints lodged before it by any person any administrative mal-practice.

In this regard therefore, I am calling and appealing to the general public to come to the Commission for redress patterning administrative mal-practice such as:-

– Nonpayment of salaries
– Nonpayment of compensations
– Delay in getting promotions
– Wrongful dismissal from service
– Nonpayment of workmanship
– Breach of trust etc. and not to take the laws into their hands. Please be rest assured that our services are FREE.
