Therefore it has offices in the thirty-six States of the Federation and the FCT, as well as area offices in Local Government. This facilitates the ease with which complaints reach the Commission. PROFILE OF PRINCE IK. SAMBEN NWOSU, KSC, FEDERAL COMMISSIONER, PUBLIC COMPLAINTS COMMISSION, ANAMBRA STATE
Prince Ik. Samben Nwosu KSC was born on 25th December, 1972 into Ezeodumegwu Nwosu clan of Nnewi Royal family in Otolo Nnewi, Anambra State. A man of humble beginning, visionary, amiable and a sagacious Leader is married to Lady Charity Ogochukwu Samben-Nwosu and the family is blessed with three beautiful Children.
He had his Post Primary Education at Boys Secondary School Amichi , Anambra State after successful completion of his Primary School Education. Having passed his Senior Secondary School Certificate Examinations (SSSCE) with outstanding performance, He was admitted into the Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra State to study Accountancy where he graduated with a Higher National Diploma (HND) in 1999.
Prince Samben proceeded on his one year compulsory National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in River State where he served meritoriously.
However, due to His quest for knowledge and love for education, He proceeded for his Postgraduate Studies at National Centre for Technology Management, Federal Ministry of Science and Technology, Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife where He bagged a Postgraduate Diploma of Technology Management and presently, he has completed his Postgraduate Programme in Professional Masters of Technology (M-Tech) from Federal University of Technology, Minna and now awaiting his certification. Prince Samben is an Associate Member of Professional institutes such as Institute of cost management, Nigeria and Institute of Strategic Management, Nigeria. As a Project Manager, He obtained Certificate of Basic Learning on Project Management from Project Management Institute.
Between 1992-1994, Prince Samben Nwosu started his career as the Supervisor of Truck/Bulk loading Products in Anambra Vegetable Oil Product (AVOP), Oji River. Later on in 1996, He worked as the Customer Care Attendant, Nigeria Telecommunications Limited (NITEL) where he served for one year during his Industrial Training in preparation for his Higher National Diploma.
In the year 2000, He served as the Marketing Executive at Q-Oil & Gas Services Limited, Port Harcourt which opened greater doors of higher career opportunities in the Oil & Gas sector. From Q-Oil & Gas Services Limited, he was appointed Accounts Assistant to Head of payment, Total Upstream Nigeria (TUPNI), Port-Harcourt.
Thereafter, in 2002 Telecommunications and Mobile devices were launched in Nigeria by Private Telecoms Organisation (PTO), Seafield Nigeria Limited,a Major dealer in Private Telecoms hired Samben as their Senior Business Development Officer where he distinctly developed the roadmap and business plan that led to the successful launching of the Reltel network in Nnewi and Onitsha metropolis. He later extended his services to the Insurance Industry and became the Regional Manager of Pinnacle Insurance Brokers Limited Abuja & Northern Region. In 2011, Prince Samben was elevated to the rank of Executive Director, Peak Insurance Brokers Limited Abuja and assisted the firm to achieve a very challenging task in public sector Insurance which earned him several awards of honour.
Due to the onerous task of service to humanity for Societal betterment, Samben in 2013, joined active politics and was gracefully appointed the Special Assistant (Special Duties) to National Publicity Secretary of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).Since then, He has chaired several committees in the party and was appointed a Special Consultant on SURE-P Graduate Internship Scheme (GIS) sensitization workshop under the Leadership of the then Nigerian President, Dr. Goodluck Jonathan GCFR. He is also a Consultant in Insurance and Telecommunications due to his experience and expertise in these sectors.
On the 23rd May 2018, Prince Samben Nwosu Ksc was appointed a Federal Commissioner (OMBUDSMAN), Public Complaints Commission, Anambra State. As an OMBUDSMAN, He has distinguished himself as an unbiased Umpire having settled numerous cases on social and administrative injustice which has given the Commission a facelift in Anambra State and beyond.

THE PROFILE OF AMB. (CHIEF) PETER J.E. ANEGBEH THE HON. FEDERAL COMMSSIONER REPRESENTING EDO STATE PUBLIC COMPLAINTS COMMISSION
Amb. (Chief) Peter J.E. Anegbeh was born at Ivioghe-Agenebode in September, 1950, to a successful farmer, Late Chief Anegbeh Ikhenoba; the Anawii and Ogbotusu of Weppa-Wanno Kingdom.
He has his elementary primary school at Ivioghe and St. Peters Grammer School Agenebode. Having completed his primary and secondary schools, he proceeded to Montreal, Canada where he bagged his B.A Degree in International Affairs in 1977. Thereafter, he was enlisted into the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
Amb. Chief Anegbeh has his first posting to Botswana/ Lesotho/Swaziland between 1980-1983. On his return to Nigeria from Botswana, the ministry sponsored him for his Master’s Degree in International Law and Diplomacy, at the University of Lagos in 1984-1985.
The Diplomat extra-ordinary, Amb. (Chief) Peter Anegbeh has held several positions of local and international levels. He was Head of Protocol, Presidential Lounge, Lagos in 1993-1995, Ministry/ Deputy Head of Mission, Kakarta, Indonesia between 1998-2003. He was also Minister/ Charge‘d’ Affairs a.i, Singapore in 1998-2000. Amb. P. Anegbeh headed Nigeria Delegation in 2000 to the Group of G. 77 held in Bali-Indonesia. He also headed Nigeria delegation as Observer in Asia Economic Conference held at Singapore in 2001.
He became Chief of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2003-2007. As a result of his high acumen in diplomacy, he was elevated to the post of Nigeria High Commissioner to Malaysia, Dares-Salaam, in 2007-2010.
Having served the country as a career Diplomat, he retired meritoriously from Federal Service in 2010. It should be note at this junction that after retirement, the Edo State Government discovered that it can tap from his wealth of experience in the foreign sphere, hence he was appointed Director of Foreign Trade and Investment between 2011 to 2015.
Amb. Anegbeh has organized several protocol workshops and led Trade Missions to Malaysia in 2012 to 2017. The great Diplomat has many chieftaincy titles among is: The Obotsu of Weppa-Wanno Kingdom, Agenebode, Edo State. He is a recipient of several awards both local and international.Amb. Chief Anegbeh is happily married to Chief Mrs. Aminetu Patience Anegbeh with lovely children.

Olukayode Bamisile attended Federal Government College Kaduna and graduated in the year 1988, where he received his Senior School leaving Certificate and then proceeded to attend University of Lagos to study Architecture in the Faculty of Enivronmental Science, where he was awarded a B. Arch/ B. Arch degree in 1997. He has over 25 years work experience as an Architect and a Project Manager on various projects within Lagos and Nigeria as a whole.
His formative years in the field of Architecture started at ECAD Architects, Lagos. Within five years in the practice, he rose to be a Team Lead and interfaced with clients with the aim of assisting them to achieve their desired dreams on various residential, commercial and industrial commissions. In 2002, Olukayode set up his own Architectural practice - Multixept Associates Ltd. Over the years till date, he and his team of architects have worked in various capacities which include designs, project management, training and development of the younger generation in the practice of Architecture. As the Principal Architect at Multixept Associates Ltd, Olukayode was saddled with the task of building capacity and credibility to tackle the multi-faceted nature of the design construction and delivery processes.
Some of the projects he and his team have worked and are currently working on in Lagos include the factory for Namitech West Africa in Nigeria (a South African recharge card company), IL Bagno, Integrated Leisure Centre, OML Terminal II Building, Ogun House, Freedom Centre (The Dome Project), Fonseca’s Place (luxury hotel development), Various residential schemes (Private and Commercial) just to mention a few.
Olukayode is a chartered and registered Architect. He is a Fellow of the Nigerian Institute of Architects
(NIA); member of Architects Registration Council of Nigeria (ARCON) and Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). He is well travelled and has over the years collaborated and worked with reputable international Architects.
He also has an Executive Education Program certificate from the Prestigious School Harvard Business School in Real estate Management Program (Finance, Design and Leadership).
Olukayode was actively involved in his church (This Present House) as a worker, Assistant Pastor and chairman of the Freedom Rally Event organized by the church every year to make the Independence Anniversary of the Nigeria. At a point he was also saddled with the responsibility of Pastoring for three (3) years the Young professions (The Water Brook Church), the Youth arm of his church.
