The Public Complaints Commission places high priority on being accessible to the citizens. Therefore it has offices in the thirty-six States of the Federation and the FCT, as well as area offices in Local Government. This facilitates the ease with which complaints reach the Commission. The Honourable Federal Commissioner for Public Complaints Commission, Adamawa State Office, Abubakar Bobboyi Jijiwa, MFR, Sardauna Ribadu, was born on 15 March 1961 in Fufore, Ribadu District of Fufore Local Government Area, Adamawa State. He attended Fufore Central Primary School from 1967 to 1972, and General Murtala Mohammed College, Yola, from 1973 to 1977 for his basic education. He got admission into the University of Maiduguri and graduated in 1983 with B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Accountancy.
In the pursuit of academic knowledge, Jijiwa attended several post-graduate courses in Nigeria and abroad, including Deutsche Welle Academy, Cologne, Germany, in 1990 and 1994; Thames Valley University (TVU), Slough, London, in 2001; State Administration for Radio, Film and Television (SARFT) Training Center, Beijing, China, in 2009; European Television and Media Academy (STMA), Strasbourg, France, in 2011. Professionally, he is a Certified Accountant (Fellow in ANAN), radio producer, journalist, Chartered Tax Consultant, registered advertising practitioner, media administrator, management trainer, and motivational adviser for youths.
Jijiwa began his career as both accountant and broadcaster after his national service (NYSC) at the Nigeria Mining Corporation in Jos, Plateau State. He got employment at the New Nigeria Newspapers Ltd (1984 - 1986) as Staff Correspondent with the Sunday New Nigeria. He was, in addition, a member of the editorial board and a weekly columnist. He was later elevated to the position of Credit Controller and Principal Accountant. He left New Nigeria Newspapers for another news organisation, News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), in 1988 to head the Accounts Department. Jijiwa served as Chairman, Broadcasting Organizations of Nigeria (BON) in 2004; President, Commonwealth Broadcasting Association (CBA), London, 20062010; Member of Executive Committee, Digital Radio Mondiale (DRM); Member, Executive Committee and Jurist at the Association of International Broadcasting, London, Founding Signatory, African Broadcasting Media Partnership (ABMP) on HIV/AIDS, San Francisco, USA, 2005, among others.
At the Voice of Nigeria, Jijiwa built the iconic full-fledged digital VON Transmitting Station at Lugbe, Abuja, from scratch. It was the first of its kind in Africa. While Jijiwa instilled a spirit of camaraderie in the “VON family,” he constructed the permanent VON Broadcasting House Complex. With the benefit of hindsight, Jijiwa set up the first FM station for the Adamawa Broadcasting Corporation (ABC), Yola, which was also the first in the North East sub-region of the country.
After his remarkable work at the Voice of Nigeria, Jijiwa retired from the federal civil service. He is currently serving his country in other capacities as the Federal Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission, for Adamawa State. - Hon. The Honourable Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission, Bauchi State, Hon. Ahmad Dauda Jika was born on the 2nd February, 1968 in Bauchi, Bauchi State.
He attended Central Primary School Tafawa Balewa from 1974 to 1980 and Government Secondary School Bununu, from 1980 to 1985. He then proceeded to the School of Health Technology Gombe for his National Diploma in Community Health from 1987 to 1988. Furthermore, he gained admission into the Ahmadu Bello University Teaching Hospital (ABUTH) Zaria from 1999 to 2000 for his Higher National Diploma in Community Health.
In his quest for more knowledge, he gained admission into the University of Duke U.S.A (Abuja Study Center) from 2009 to 2010 where he bagged a Certificate in Mid-Level Management Training in Primary Health Care.
Prior to his appointment as Honourable Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission, Bauchi State; Hon. Alh. Ahmad Dauda Jika worked in the following places.
- Bauchi State Primary Healthcare Development Agency, where he rose to the position of a Deputy Director.
- He was the North East Zonal Senior Health Officer for RED CROSS NIGERIA.

A hardworking and highly skilled Community Health Medical practitioner with many years of experience in Community Healthcare practice. He is a goal-getter and an expert in the field of Primary Healthcare Management. As a result of his competence and expertise in Community Healthcare, the Bauchi State Government upgraded the Central Dispensary Tashan Babaye Bauchi (which was under his watch) to the status of Primary Healthcare Center.

PROFILE OF CHIEF WANGAGHA DEGI DISE.
Chief Wangagha Degi Dise, Hon. Federal Commissioner, Public Complaints Commission, Bayelsa State was born on the 20th day of October 1956 at his home town Nembe in Nembe Local Government Area of Bayelsa State.
He started his early education at State School Bassambiri where he obtained his First School Leaving Certificate in the year 1972. The young master Degi then moved forward to Teachers Training College, Egwema in Brass Local Government Area in Bayelsa state where he became certified as a Grade 11 Teacher in the year 1980. He further enrolled at the College of Education, Ikere-Ekiti, Ekiti state in 1993 where he obtained National Certificate of Education (NCE).
His enthusiasm for educational advancement took him to the then Rivers State University of Science and Technology, currently Rivers State University where he obtained Bachelor Degree in Education (B.ED) in the year 2003.Chief Hon. Wangagha Degi Dise started his teaching career as a second Master from 1980 - 1982 and rose to the position of a Head Master in the year 1982 and served in that capacity until his retirement in 2009.

Hon. Obi Stephen Owan was born February 16th 1970 in the famous Agbokim Waterfalls village, Etung Local Government of Cross River State. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree (B.Sc.Ed) in Business Education (Accounting Option) from the University of Calabar in 2001. He later earned a Scholarship to Schumacher College, England in 2002 for a study programe in Psychology of the Ecosystem - “where earth and soul touch".
Hon. Obi Stephen Owan embraced Public Service/Politics well over 30 years ago. He was elected Honourable Councilor, under the Social Democratic Party (SDP)in 1991 to represent the good people of Northern Etung Ward in the then Ikom L.G. A. He served as Majority Leader and later became Deputy Leader of the Ikom Legislature. He is a bundle of personality with world class experience and competence. He is globally trained and is an aggressive goal-getter. He is technically equipped by the best consultants in specialized fields covering Public Utilities Management, Environmental Protection, Strategic Public Relations, Administrative Processes and Project Management.

THE PROFILE OF AMB. (CHIEF) PETER J.E. ANEGBEH THE HON. FEDERAL COMMSSIONER REPRESENTING EDO STATE PUBLIC COMPLAINTS COMMISSION
Ambassador (Chief) Peter J. E. Anegbeh was born September15, 1950inIvioghe-Agenebode, Etsako East Local Government Area of Edo State. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Affairs from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada in 1977. He did his one year mandatory National Youth Service at the Nigeria Institute of International Affairs, Lagos. He had his Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in International Law and Diplomacy from the University of Lagos in 1985. Ambassador (Chief) Peter J. E. Anegbeh has a robust professional experience at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, heading various departments and leading the ministry on different national and international assignments. He was posted to Botswana where he served as a diplomat in the Nigeria High Commission for four years. On his return from Botswana, Ambassador (Chief) Peter J. E. Anegbeh served in Asian Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the European Affairs Department. Ambassador (Chief) Peter J. E. Anegbeh was posted to the Nigeria High Commission in London where he was in charge of Common Wealth Political Desk from 1988 to 1992. During this period, he undertook Commonwealth Foundation Courses for Young Diplomats. In 1992, when he returned to the Headquarters, he was posted to VIP, Presidential Lounge in Ikeja, Lagos where he headed Airport Protocol. In 1998, he was posted to the Embassy of Nigeria in Jakarta, Indonesia as a Deputy Head of Mission for four and half years and was also a Chargé d’ Affairs in our Mission in Singapore the same period. On return to Nigeria from Jakarta in 2003, Ambassador (Chief) Peter J. E. Anegbeh was appointed Chief of Protocol, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Presidency till March, 2007. He was appointed Nigeria’s High Commissioner to Malaysia on concurrent accreditation to Brunei and Darussalam 2007 to 2011, whenheretired from the Federal Service as a career diplomat. After his retirement in 2011, he was appointed an Executive Director, Foreign Investment, Office of the Governor of Edo State from2011 to 2016. In 2018, Ambassador (Chief) Peter J. E. Anegbeh was appointed Honourable Commissioner of the Public Complaints Commission to head the Edo State Public Complaints Commission Office for a period of three years. He was further reappointed in June 2021 for a second term of another period of three years. Ambassador (Chief) Peter J. E. Anegbeh has embarked on several special national and international assignments such as: 1. He led Malaysia delegation to D8 Summit in Abuja in 2010. 2. Prince Akintade Olayisade was born in April 1960 into the Royal Family of Aleyeluwa Oba Adeyemi Olayisade II, the Seventeenth Olojudo of IdoEkiti, andOloriSabainahAdeyeni Olayisade, a princess of Oba Gabriel Owoniya of Ogidilusi Royal Family of Odo-OraEkiti.
Prince Akintade Olayisdae started his elementary education at Omodewa Primary School, Ido Ekiti in 1965, the year which coincided with the genesis of political upheaval in the then western Region of the country tagged ‘‘OPERATION WETE’’.
His father, Oba Adeyemi Olayisade II was one of the two royal fathers representing Ekiti at the Western House of Chiefs. In fact, it is on record that he was one of the few royal fathers who did not succumb to the threat of the Premier of western region, then Chief S.L Akintola and due to this, his salary was reduced to one (I) penny per annum. That was the situation when he started schooling.
On completing his elementary education in 1971, Prince Akintade, instead of staying at home, went to Modern School Ido-Ekiti for a year owning to financial paucity because his father was having eleven of his children attending various colleges and few of them studying in abroad.
In 1973, Prince Akintade attended EkitiParapoCollege, IdoEkiti for his Secondary education and graduated in 1978. Thereafter, he went to Ondo State College of Arts and Science, Ikare-Akokowhere he obtained his Higher School Certificate. He then proceeded to Salem State University, Salem Massachusetts, in United State of America where he studied Business Administration with concentration in Management.
Prince Akintade, proceeded further to Ambrose Alli University where he bagged Masters in Public Administration. The work of a man is measured by his courage, character, charisma and excellent discharge of positiveimpact in the lives of the people.
Prince Akintade has been accorded awards by different organization owing to his good leadership qualities and his philanthropic tendencies. As erudite entrepreneur. Nigeria Institute of Fraud Examiners Specializing in Political Ethics and Social Responsibilities Fraud (member). Nigeria Institute of Management (member) Ekiti State Council of Chambers of Commerce Industry. Mines and Agriculture (Member), Ekiti State Heavy Equipment Owners Association (Chairman). Abdullahi Garba Abbas was born on the 20th July, 1970 in Kaduna State.
He attended LEA Faki Road Primary school, Kaduna from 1978 to 1984 ( First School leaving Certificate ) and Government Secondary School Tudun Wada Abuja from 1985 to 1990.He proceeded to Federal Polytechnic Nasarawa where he graduated and obtained a Diploma and Higher National Diploma Certificate in Estate Management in 1993 and 1999 respectively.
