The Director of Enforcement Unit of the Public Complaints Commission, Mal. Isa Abubakar presents a cheque of N742,000.00 to Mr. Okafor Peter, a Complainant, being the second installment paid for undelivered house by the Respondent, Good Homes Development Company Limited. The Commission had earlier recovered the sum of N1,000,000.00 out of the total sum of N2,484,000.00. The balance of N742,000.00 is unfailingly expected to be paid in December, 2023.
The Complainant, Mr. Okafor was overjoyed when he received the payment and was optimistic that the Commission will ensure that the balance of his money is paid.
