Message from the Hon. Commissioner:

All praise to be almighty Allah for sparing our lives to contribute to the development of the Commission. The Commission being established under section 315 of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and re-enacted by the Public Complaints Commission’s act CAP37 LFN 2004 is the only Commission saddled with the responsibilities to address and attend complaints on administrative injustice.

It has achieved tremendously several issues in the areas of its functions, especially in the areas of settlement of disputes, non-payment of pension arrears, gratuity and illegal termination of appointment.

The Zamfara State office is one of the highly committed office to always attend to the complaints and to seeing the amicable settlement with ease and speedy machineries of alternative dispute resolution mechanism.

We always remain committed to our duties and recommend the Hon. Chief Commissioner and the entire staff the Commission for being always there to the success and progress of the Commission
