The Chairman, Oshodi Isolo Local Government Area, Hon. Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede received a delegation from the Public Complaints Commission (PCC) on a courtesy visit to his office.

Briefing the Executive Chairman on the operations and function of the Commission on behalf of the Honourable Commissioner who is at the PCC headquarters on an official assignment, the Director of Investigation, Mr. M. S. Oladipo explained that the Commission is dedicated to fighting and tackling injustice in the society regardless of the sector involved.

He emphasised that the Commission is an Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre and resolves complaints from the public free of charge.

He further sought the cooperation of the local government in its cause to ensure administrative and social injustice is fought through the opening of an Area Office in the Local Government office and the appointment of a desk officer for the Commission.

In his response, Hon. Kehinde Almaroof Oloyede appreciated the Director of Investigation and assured the local government authority would deliberate and look into the Commission’s request.

He then asked the Commission to put the request in writing for them to act on the issues.
