The Chief Ombudsman of the Federation, Hon. Chille Igbawua has urged the members of the public to always speak up when their rights are infringed upon. He further stated that Public complaints commission, the Nigeria Ombudsman Institution is ready to collaborate with the relevant organizations to end any form of injustice.
This position was made known during a courtesy visit to the Commission’s headquarters in Abuja on the 8th of February 2021 by the members of PAN Africa United Youth Development Network.
The Hon. Chief Commissioner assured the visiting team that the commission would investigate the matter and come up with the necessary recommendations to the relevant authorities.
Earlier in his presentation, the president of the PAN African United Youth Development Network, Ambassador Habib Mohammed urged the Commission to intervene in the cases of ill treatment and administrative injustices against Nigerians working with some foreign companies in Kogi State.
